Join Kate as she leads you through a dynamic, flowing yoga class that teaches you how to use your breath to move your body. You will be guided through various asanas, or postures, designed to stretch, strengthen, and relax your muscles. Suitable for total beginners to experienced practitioners and everyone in between, every group class is guided with love and will provide a well-balanced workout while working to help calm the mind and relax the body on the whole.
